Being Green...

We have been utilizing green, sustainable techniques since 1992 when we designed our first house. It contained the principals of passive solar design and was constructed with upgraded insulation, a geothermal HVAC system, rain water recovery system, and low-flow plumbing fixtures. While technologies have changed with time, the main principles are still in force. Since then, we have participated in several LEED projects, designed fourteen Energy Star houses, and two of our projects received Enterprise Green Communities certifications; the first in Kentucky!
